My Whole Life is a consulting and coaching company based in Seattle, WA and founded by C.J. Liu.  Our company is dedicated to helping professionals define success on their own terms. Our work focuses on life’s A-B-C’s; Alignment, Balance, and Clarity.  Our goal is to help you create an integrated whole with all the parts of your life, and to help you experience more meaning and happiness in your life.

Our ideal clients are people who strive for the highest good and positive change in the world, and define personal success in a more holistic way. Our passion is balance, practicality, and integrity.  Our lives are multi-faceted and complicated. People often segment their lives into parts versus looking at the whole picture. The results are fragmentation of ourselves and the community around us. Balance, living with integrity, and being realistic about life’s practicalities is needed to integrate the parts into a whole
