Where you start is up to you. 

Specialized Services: People often want to focus on one big area (e.g.-career, parenting, work issues, etc.) and seek our career, parent, or business services.   With this service we would look in-depth on a specific area, as well as holistically at how that area affects other areas in your life.  For example, if you are on a job search and are concerned with the impact it will have on your family, we will look at your high level family goals and how they will affect criteria for your next job.  .

Integrated Service:  Sometimes a person may want an in-depth look at a broad spectrum of all their life needs and do a thorough analysis of each area separately and seek our integrated services. With the integrated service we do an in-depth look at your whole life, which generally looks at all categories of your life (e.g.-fun, spirituality, etc).
